This form is intended to make it more convenient for you to request service on the products purchased from our stores that are not easily transportable. You can arrange a time to have your equipment picked up for service.

If you are requesting service for a unit that has a Bronze Service Coupon, pick up and delivery service is not covered by the free service and will be charged upon return of the equipment.

Our hours of operation are 9am to 6pm Monday thru Friday and Saturday 9am to 5pm.
We strive to process your orders in a timely manor. We will process your requests on the next business day. We will confirm with you as soon as possible but if you need immediate assistance please call our service department at 509-466-9100

Our servicing area as a general rule is about 25 miles from our north store located at 8108 N. Division Spokane Wa 99208. Any request for exception to this coverage area may be made by calling our north store service department at 509-466-9100.
