Power Equipment:
Our philosophy is to take care of our customers with an accurate diagnosis and quick yet efficient repair. To facilitate this, we have adopted a "Closed Shop Policy" which means we only work on products purchased from our stores. This enables us to give you our undivided attention, best service, and quickest turn around in town.
When you purchase our "Gold Package" on your new Tractor you are guaranteed a 5 day turn around when you bring it in for repair or we will give you a loaner; just one more way we are striving to bring you the best service possible.
**Our exception to this policy is limited to all Stihl brand power equipment and Husqvarna brand chain saws, trimmers and other Husqvarna brand 2 cycle power equipment**
Stoves, Spas, and Outdoor Living:
Our stoves, spas and outdoor living products require very little maintenance, but if you do have an issue our factory trained staff will be glad to provide you with the service and help you deserve. Again we only service products purchased from Country Homes Power to provide you with the quickest and best possible service.
